It was like No hassle, no dealer pressure like most other places. From the moment he introduced himself to the moment I pulled away, I felt at easy. It was like a lifetime friend was with me. Everyone, and I do mean everyone, was nice and spoke to me. I was diffently in the right place. After several options, I found the vehicle I wanted but thought I could never afford. Not only could I afford it but I didn't have to put a dime down. This is what the car buying experience should be. Hassle free and fun. More

I purchased a 2021 Mercedes CLA 250. Two weeks after purchase, I was in another dealership having the brakes repaired because of noise caused by the car having the wrong brakes. I spent Two weeks after purchase, I was in another dealership having the brakes repaired because of noise caused by the car having the wrong brakes. I spent two days calling back and forth between the two dealerships to get the issue resolved. I was asked to bring the car back to the dealership, now having to take off of work and add additional mileage to my newly purchased car to ensure there are no issues going forward. Not a great first month of having a new vehicle. More
