Brought my car in for a service that I watched the tech deliberately avoid doing. Requested a refund and was told that a check would be coming in about 2 weeks. Was then called by Justin the supposed manag deliberately avoid doing. Requested a refund and was told that a check would be coming in about 2 weeks. Was then called by Justin the supposed manager of Vision Hyundai Webster. I was then told that he would expedite the check and I could bring my car in for a full interior and exterior detailing on the house. I asked if it would take all day and was told not at all. I was given a loaner at the very least anyways. I get my car back a day and a half later with the interior barely cleaned, my rear passenger side door panel still stained from the “service” I paid for, and the exterior was not cleaned. It is now 2 weeks later and my check still has not arrived. I can’t discourage people from visiting this dealer enough. They were incompetent, lazy, and misleading the entire process. Never take your vehicle to Vision Hyundai for servicing and be aware of their tactics to spending money when you don’t have to. More
