Dave Franco, Sales Rep was absolutely amazing to work with during my first car buying experience! I was nervous to go to the dealership for the first time to buy my first new car. Dave is very friendly a with during my first car buying experience! I was nervous to go to the dealership for the first time to buy my first new car. Dave is very friendly and knew exactly how to help find the car for me. He was also very enthusiastic and caring as I brought my 7-year-old with me. Patrick Osbon, Manager went above and beyond and truly tailored the entire experience to ensure my needs were being met. When it came time to sign the paperwork and get the keys to my brand new Jeep, Cody Coker, Finance Manager was friendly and answered all of the questions I had. David was amazing. I went to the lot to browse in negative temperatures and he was the only sales person out of the 3 lots I visited to come out and shake my hand. I showed him the ad I saw for the J negative temperatures and he was the only sales person out of the 3 lots I visited to come out and shake my hand. I showed him the ad I saw for the Jeep I wanted to look at and he ushered me inside, grabbed the car and took me for a test drive. I was nervous as well as a little neurotic and he dealt with me very kindly. i know he is going to do well with the type of person he is. When I’m ready for a new car again, I hope he is still around. I honestly would not have bought the Jeep if it wasn’t for him. He made the whole experience a lot better with the issues I had going on. More
