I don't know who Dave is. Phil was very pleasant to deal with. While Kyle and Phil were seemingly interested in getting it fixed and repeatedly telling me they would get back to me, no return calls were made. At one point Kyle mentioned maybe Toyota/Lexus could fix the problem. After taking it to Toyota, I was told they would charge me and they would not honor the warranty. I was told it must be taken to Omaha or Minneapolis for any warranty work. Additionally I was only given the background information on one vehicle and free car wash for one vehicle. In spite of being told they would provide these for the second car, no one ever got back to me on this issue. I'm disappointed at the lack of support after the documents were signed. I am an elderly woman and felt taken advantage of. I am new in Sioux Falls and had no information on your dealership. Jean More
