I found that Mike and Dave had that in common with me as sales Whether shopping for a vehicle, the last thing I want to do is beat around the bush. I found that Mike and Dave had that in common with me as sales staff. My trade in wasn't perfect and will need work as I communicated this early on. I believe I got treated quite fairly in the valuation of my trade, although admittedly, I was hoping to get more for it. Upon picking up my vehicle, I was blown away by the detail job. Kudos to the detail guys, they obviously wanted me to look good leaving their lot and feeling good. I would have spent a week cleaning it up to that degree. Within days of owning my new to me vehicle, my CEL light up and the truck ended up needing emissions parts. I brought it back to the dealer, and they took care of it for me even though the deal was done and legally they didn't have to. Even gave me a loaner vehicle while mine was getting repaired. To me, all those things equals a company going the extra mile to ensure a positive relationship with the customer. I don't know what a shopper could really ask for. Bottom line, be realistic with your expectations, and they will make you very happy. Thank you Mike, Dave, and Scott at the service department for the positive experience! More

The staff and service far exceeded any expectations that I had about purchasing a vehicle from a dealership. Dave took the time to explain the ins and outs of every car I was interested in and allowed me to test the vehicle I was interested in. Jesse was able to sit down with me and discuss the logistics of purchasing a car and trading in my older vehicle. I never felt pressured to make any decisions, but rather the staff wanted to make sure I had all the information necessary before making such a large commitment.
