Michael is wonderful, All I have to do is text him and he takes care of Whatever I need! If I need a loaner for work while my car is worked on, he is Very good about putting me on that list. When I do have to wait they are very accommodating and the wait is normally minimal. I have been dealing with this dealership for about 10 years and I have to say that Micheal has done a Way Better job of taking care of me. And I'm Not the easiest person to get along with, So I appreciate him greatly!! More
