Most of us have certain expectations when we approach a dealer to buy our car. Wipe your mind of preconceptions. Basil resale doesn't just raise the bar - it sets a new Gold Standard in customer service fo dealer to buy our car. Wipe your mind of preconceptions. Basil resale doesn't just raise the bar - it sets a new Gold Standard in customer service for the automotive industry. I went with a heavy heart to sell my car because of serious medical issues. I was deeply touched with the unparalleled compassion and professionalism I received from Patrick and Justin at Basil resale. These two young gentlemen went above and beyond proficiency; their experience with cars and people is clearly remarkable. The car meant more than transportation to me, and they immediately recognized this. The vehicle was in excellent condition and they quickly realized the loving care displayed, and by understanding the situation, conducted the transaction with the utmost compassion and graciousness. As far as I'm concerned you can search the planet over and never find better people to deal with. Basil resale, Patrick and Justin are among the few rare individuals who still personify "old world customer service." They offered me the highest possible price, came and picked up the car, took care of all the paperwork and delivered a check - right to my home. To say this is rare indeed, is an understatement. I was treated with warmth and respect - unparalleled service in today's business environment. Go see Basil - it doesn't get any better! More
