Professional, Courteous, Knowledgeable, and No Pressure I've been searching for a late model-low mileage Chrysler 300 for several weeks, when I finally located one at Tasca Buik GMC located in Woonsocket, R I've been searching for a late model-low mileage Chrysler 300 for several weeks, when I finally located one at Tasca Buik GMC located in Woonsocket, RI. When I called to verify the price and availability of this vehicle I spoke with Dave Stravato, who was professional, courteous, and personable. I gave him the stock number of the vehicle and he said he would call me back within a 15 minute time frame. Ten minutes later he called and informed me that the vehicle was still available and I could see the car that same evening at 5 PM. When I arrived Dave was waiting for me with the vehicle. Following the test drive, they evaluated my vehicle for trade in value subsequently deriving at a final price for the vehicle. Three hours later I drove the (detailed) car home. Complete professionalism, no pressure, and more importantly, I felt that they were being honest. If you're in the market for a vehicle, visit Dave Stravato at Tasca in Woonsocket. The service department is excellent, always setting me up with a loaner car if my car service was not a quick resolve. This past week, we bought our second car from Tasca. For the past 4 weeks, I have visited with, emailed with, texted with Dave Stravato about what we were looking for in a vehicle. At no point did he pressure me to make a quick decision or to buy a car we couldn't afford. From the beginning, he emphasized that it was a big decision/commitment and we had to do what was best for our family and our finances. He gladly allowed for me to test drive any vehicle I requested, even letting me take a few overnight, so that I could get a real feel for the vehicles and see how my kids' car seats fit in the backseat. He gladly printed up multiple price offerings for us to look at so we could see what each vehicle would cost for different loans (60 month vs. 72 month) and variable amounts of money put down. We knew we were going to purchase a vehicle from Tasca, but we were unsure of which one. It was so nice to not receive any pressure when trying to make a decision. I would highly recommend anyone to visit Dave and his team at Tasca GMC in Woonsocket. More
