My research and contact with Jim Browne was mostly done online. I had expressed interest in a Ram 1500. I was contacted by sales Rep Paul Coates. He provided me with information and pricing on a 1500 I was interested in. At that time I was debating replacing my current Ram and held off on going any further. Paul Coates followed up with me a month later and provided me with a reduced price that was within my budget. Mr. Coates provided me with a written quote prior to my departure. When I arrived I was shown the vehicle, took it for a test drive and we talked about the deal. I was pleasantly surprised that all the pain of negotiating at the dealer was removed as the prices quoted to me via email was exactly the same with no add on’s or hidden fees. The vehicle was prepped and received within a reasonable amount of time. The whole process was painless and frankly a new experience for me as there was no pressure, no hard sells no papers going back and forth between the salesman and the manager. I had the general sales manager TJ Lang, a sales manager Larry Parks and sales man Tim Lewis, all three of them insulted me, would not list to me only wanting to personally attack me. Larry Parks got in the truck that I returned because it was not compatible with my ADA conversion, and chased me down the street pulling off the road and onto the grass, swearing at me and personally attacking me. The Dade City police force said it would have been Assault with a deadly weapon if they saw it happen. Once I was driven back to the dealership only Larry Parks apologized and it was 45 minutes later and because the boss told him he had to. It was a simple " I'm sorry" and a handshake. The other two I had to go up and ask them if we were okay. As a whole I would not ever in my wildest dreams ever go back to Jim Browne Chrysler . Everyone is still employed and in their current position, so the next person who comes in can have this experience More
