Negotiation was fair and professional. Price was satisfactory. My only complaint is that the roof rack was still in the box in the cargo area and I wasn't aware of it until I was home, 25 minutes a satisfactory. I called back and was told I could have it installed if I wanted, but it wasn't mentioned when I bought it. I called the service department and was told an appointment was necessary. The first one was 10 days out. Even with the appointment, I still had to wait 1.5 hours for the simple installation. More

My car had gotten towed in on a Monday and I was not getting any information when I called to check on it every day also my car was left at the end of the dealership with the doors unlocked if I had not getting any information when I called to check on it every day also my car was left at the end of the dealership with the doors unlocked if I had not walked up there I would not have been able to lock my door and secure it myself it took until Saturday to hear anything from my car and it was because I had called and they couldn't even find any information on it the gentleman who had been dealing with it all week was off that day so they finally found my car but that just shows that he wouldn't even have called me until he came back to work on Monday so yes I'm very disappointed because there was no communication and then my car was left unlocked More
