Didn’t get my second key till 2 weeks later because I kept asking about it. Did not even give me an inspection till nearly 3weeks after I bought the car. My car had a bad scuff on the front bumper and it took nearly a month for them to fix it after countless text messages between David Bales and I. Always a run around to fulfill my end of the deal. Joe Mele ended up doing my paint job to fix the scuff. Horrible low quality paint. I deff will have to come out of pocket so my car can look like it’s supposed to. Completely unsatisfied with this dealership and I will make sure to never recommend buying a car from here. Very unprofessional people. I work as a mail man in manhasset and I’m going to look out for the people on my route and make sure they go somewhere else for their car needs. 👎🏼 More
