Love speaking ill of the former owners I just want to say that the new ownership of the Honda dealership and service department is so beyond what it used to be. I’ve gone once or twice before that I have a g that the new ownership of the Honda dealership and service department is so beyond what it used to be. I’ve gone once or twice before that I have a good experience and I’ve gone a couple of times under the new owners, and I found it to be a wonderfully Good experience. They were helpful, knowledgeable, up-to-date on what I needed explained everything to me and extremely helpful in waiting when I have to wait. Very very pleased I was certainly recommended. More

Horrible service. Did and said everything just to get the sale. Completely left me hanging on all things promised to do on my car once purchased. Didn’t get my second key till 2 weeks later because I kept asking about it. Did not even give me an inspection till nearly 3weeks after I bought the car. My car had a bad scuff on the front bumper and it took nearly a month for them to fix it after countless text messages between David Bales and I. Always a run around to fulfill my end of the deal. Joe Mele ended up doing my paint job to fix the scuff. Horrible low quality paint. I deff will have to come out of pocket so my car can look like it’s supposed to. Completely unsatisfied with this dealership and I will make sure to never recommend buying a car from here. Very unprofessional people. I work as a mail man in manhasset and I’m going to look out for the people on my route and make sure they go somewhere else for their car needs. 👎🏼 More

I found him, and the extended staff, including the Business Manager, days, and Craig Miller was my initial contact and sales representative for both. I found him, and the extended staff, including the Business Manager, to be extremely polite and professional. Both experiences involved several members of the team, and I found the entire process to be excellent. It was Craig’s handling of my first purchase that brought me back so quickly for the second. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a straightforward, respectful, and well-managed car buying experience. More
