They are great - took care of the issue. But I have other concerns regarding getting ahold of the dealership directly- unable goes thru a call system it took 6 calls to get ahold of the part But I have other concerns regarding getting ahold of the dealership directly- unable goes thru a call system it took 6 calls to get ahold of the parts department. Go transferred to a Mitsubishi parts one. Customer service thru a call system is not a good thing. More

If you are. going there to buy a car make sure you get the interest rate on the car before you discuss anything with them. They kept playing around and around wi going there to buy a car make sure you get the interest rate on the car before you discuss anything with them. They kept playing around and around with me on this issue. I should have told them if you don’t let me know the interest rate on this car I will walk out right now, but I stayed until we met with the finance guys and they said it’s 8 percent. Then they overcharged me $75.00 for the 5 year protection plan. More

The service manager was quick to help with the problem my new Toyota Tundra was having. We just had it worked on and so far, it is hard to tell if the gas gauge has been fixed, but time will tell. He told us to let him know if it is not showing the correct gas measurement. The only reason this is 4 starts and not 5 is because this is the third time I have had the truck checked for the same problem. However, this is not to blame on the service manager. More
