We felt like our safety concern regarding our windows fogging up and not defrosting was not truly evaluated. They told us they may not be able to duplicate, and that’s exactly what we were told. They did fogging up and not defrosting was not truly evaluated. They told us they may not be able to duplicate, and that’s exactly what we were told. They didn’t expand on what they checked even though we told them we were seeing moisture in the drivers side window when we rolled it up and down. We also told them the temperature gage did not seem to be adjusting correctly. These two things needed to be checked but were not. I was told how not adjust my defrost gaging as if if was something we were causing. This problem did not exist last winter, this is a new issue. If it was something we were doing then the problem would have occurred last winter too. We shared pictures of the severity while trying to drive on the interstate but it wasn’t taken seriously. More
