Dropped my truck off Thursday July 31st around 11 pm for my oil change appointment Saturday at 2 pm and they were “supposed” to call me and my other contact when the truck was ready (should’ve been Saturday my oil change appointment Saturday at 2 pm and they were “supposed” to call me and my other contact when the truck was ready (should’ve been Saturday or even Friday is the what the service worker said). No phone call or voicemail to me or my other contact and had to go up Monday morning when they opened and ask them if my truck was ready which it was. Just poor managing, reaching out, etc by victory Toyota service center and I will take my tundra to another Toyota service center. More
