I scheduled and got my vehicle serviced on Monday December 1st 2025 at Honda Manhasset NY. This included: NYS Inspection, oil change, a Honda recall + tune up. Today, nearly a week later, I receive December 1st 2025 at Honda Manhasset NY. This included: NYS Inspection, oil change, a Honda recall + tune up. Today, nearly a week later, I received an e-mail from Honda Manhasset stating that my car needs servicing. I understand that things take time, but the fact that 5 business days passed since my servicing, I am disappointed in Honda Manhasset. I do not wish to unsubscribe from future emails, but what the heck?? Please help me understand how they have ZERO CLUE I was indeed there, on time & got my car serviced as I want that reflected on my ownership record as this is VERY important. Thank you and looking forward to hearing back so we can correct this problem. More
