My car is on recall. I received the first notice in late October. I made an appointment, told them it was a recall. When I got there, I was told they did not get the parts yet. Second time I called to make an appointment, thankfully someone told me that they did not have the parts. Last Thursday was my third attempt. When I got to Honda, I was told that they just used the last replacement part. I had a reservation for over a week. They need to order the right amount of parts for people coming in for this issue. This is totally unacceptable. Now, here I am waiting again. I was told I would get a call when the part becomes available. I can't say I can trust that. Now I have to take more time to keep calling almost daily. Even doing that, will there be a part for me when I arrive? Based on all of the above, I don't think so. More
