I was very pleasantly greeted, it was suggested I get an oil change as well the recall service. I was promised my car within the hour and it was ready in 40 mins (which was a wonderful surprise). Brought in car for new rear brakes. Was assisted by Mr. David Banks who suggested I also replace the rear rotors. He brought me to my car to show me their condition. I asked if they cou Was assisted by Mr. David Banks who suggested I also replace the rear rotors. He brought me to my car to show me their condition. I asked if they could be resurfaced and he said he would try. Naturally I was thrilled to find out they could and that the car could be ready in less than two hours. David was not only able to accommodate my request but was also totally courteous throughout the process. Thank you, David. More

My experience was very good. . Rich in your service department was excellent great customer service! My only complaint was that if you pay with a credit card you have to pay a 4 . My only complaint was that if you pay with a credit card you have to pay a 4% fee, you should alert your customers if you pay cash or check no fee! No one would know this unless you let us know.. Came in for a routine oil change on my car. Came back out with a very scuffed and scratched rim. Alerted a manager to which he looked at the car, agreed to fix and address the issue, shook ha Came back out with a very scuffed and scratched rim. Alerted a manager to which he looked at the car, agreed to fix and address the issue, shook hands as part of the deal. Come the next day, I get a phone call from the same manager advising they will not fix. What kind of business transaction where you agree to terms, then back out? What happened to customer service and keeping the customer happy, and being accountable for the issue that was caused? Very unhappy with the professionalism and how the situation was handled. More
