Brought in car for new rear brakes. Was assisted by Mr. David Banks who suggested I also replace the rear rotors. He brought me to my car to show me their condition. Came in for a routine oil change on my car. Came back out with a very scuffed and scratched rim. Come the next day, I get a phone call from the same manager advising they will not fix. What kind of business transaction where you agree to terms, then back out? What happened to customer service and keeping the customer happy, and being accountable for the issue that was caused? Very unhappy with the professionalism and how the situation was handled. More
