Throughout my 12 years in the auto industry, I have had the opportunity to learn essential information and meet some of the most incredible people, from other staff and management to customers and community members. My goal has always been to provide high-quality assistance, regardless of the situation. That comes with setting clear targets for our department and going above and beyond to be the leader our team needs, whether providing training and advice or just being a listening ear. Some of the certifications I have earned since joining the field in 2011 are Seadoo, Can-Am, Yamaha, and Kawasaki. Everyone knows me for remaining honest and calm, even under pressure. I aim to be the problem-solver!
