Finally, a salesman that doesn't play games. I hate dealing with car dealers, and I'm usually ready to walk out over the xx. Not this time. David Benedetti, my salesman, was straight with me from the start. No tricks, no pressure. When he brought the sales manager over, I thought, "Oh no, here we go." But even he skipped the usual routine and was just real with me. And Brandon in finance, he made signing paperwork actually enjoyable. We were singing along to music in his office while I signed my lease. It still took longer than I'd like, partly because I was so undecided, but nobody made it miserable. Highly recommend David! More

My sales man Zied made my experience here so welcomed. The Finance Manager was great and did everything to make my purchase work for me within my budget. All the guys I met with were fantastic. Even though I purchased a car that was not a Kia, everyone worked with my requests with no issues. I will recommend this dealership always. Thanks to everyone I interacted with on this purchase. Purchased my third vehicle with Delray Kia. First time with the new management. David in sales made the process pretty smooth. Management made the deal happen quickly. After they detailed the vehicle, I observed a door ding on my passenger side. David had it fixed quickly. Then I discovered the hood had what appeared to be left over glue from the plastic that covered the vehicle. They attempted to fix the problem but I think they made it worse. So my new car has swirl marks on the hood. I don’t think there detail personnel are up to par. I now have to pay someone to get the hood looking new. More
