Purchased my third vehicle with Delray Kia. First time with the new management. David in sales made the process pretty smooth. Management made the deal happen quickly. After they detailed the vehicle, I observed a door ding on my passenger side. David had it fixed quickly. Then I discovered the hood had what appeared to be left over glue from the plastic that covered the vehicle. They attempted to fix the problem but I think they made it worse. So my new car has swirl marks on the hood. I don’t think there detail personnel are up to par. I now have to pay someone to get the hood looking new. More
