Prompt and efficient purchasing experience I bought a used car that I found through an online listing. The salesman was very prompt in answering any questions and very courteous and easy to wo I bought a used car that I found through an online listing. They were pretty optimistic about the asking price of the car but came down some, though not to the true market value (hung up on NADA, which was very optimistic). We reached a deal that I could live with and it was all pretty seamless from there. It was a bit odd when I walked into the salesroom and asked for my salesman, the 2 guys that were there just told me that he was around somewhere and then they disappeared with no mention nor apparent attempt to page him or help me find him. It seemed pretty apparent that they felt like I was an inconvenient to them. The other clunky part of closing was that I had to go over to the nearby Zimbrick Hyundai store to do the paperwork to close the deal. I get it that it was the Friday afternoon before Memorial Day weekend, but it still felt and seemed pretty odd. Otherwise, the car was exactly as advertised. More
