I just needed a spare key, but: 1. Parts told me they could only cut the key, not program it after I had collected everything they wanted me to show them about the car. And asked if that was okay that the key would only open the door, which would not be very useful. 2. I went to the service department and one person told me "they were too busy to help me and I needed to find someone else". 3. There was ZERO communication to let me know what the status was with my vehicle. I had to come and check in to see if they were even working on the key or if it was done. 4. It took over 2 and a half hours to get a spare key cut and programed. More

David had a horrible attitude and customer service. I definitely DO NOT recommend this location or working with David unless you want to be yelled at and disrespected for literally no reason. I did speak with Pat a manager and she did apologize for the awful experience. Whoever worked on my car left oil and dirt prints all over the inside of my door. David Bohn was extremely cranky . I presented oil change coupon for $49.99 that was sent to me by Nissan. He entered coupon value at almost $53. When I pointed out the discrepancy and I presented oil change coupon for $49.99 that was sent to me by Nissan. He entered coupon value at almost $53. When I pointed out the discrepancy and asked him to correct it , he started blaming me for using shuttle service and got upset over me insisting on honoring coupon value. I did share this experience manager who was nearby and not much reaction. I was planning on getting few recommended service done worth almost $1500 but I am no longer sure whether I want to do this. More
