I went nissan to replace my gas tank on 2018 nissan titan. I found the exact car I wanted but I was disappointed in disjointed financing process. The finance person was overloaded with customers and kept me waiting and then took other people in between me delaying disjointed financing process. The finance person was overloaded with customers and kept me waiting and then took other people in between me delaying my time. I did not finish same day, so when I came back, I had to start over with the paperwork. Also, they did not tell me I had to bring a check for my down payment and a charge card was not allowed for my amount so I had to leave the dealership and come back. Another trip delaying my ability to leave the dealership. My car was also not fully gassed up. This is the first time I’ve bought a car and it wasn’t gassed to full. More
