The engine on my Mk7 Golf needed to be replaced and I did not want to spend the money for such a major repair so I was in the market for a new car. The technician, David, was super honest and respectful. He not want to spend the money for such a major repair so I was in the market for a new car. The technician, David, was super honest and respectful. He took care of my car and made sure to connect me with Jovana. Jovana made the whole process smooth. I was able to test drive my options and I told her I wanted a manual car. I saw nice 2026 black GLI at another Gunther and sent it to Jovana. Jovana went out of her way to have that car at the dealership the next morning ready for me. The manager made it his business to help me and offer great customer service. More

I found the sale people extremly helpful and very considerate. The manager Gini was very nice and accommodating.
