As a life-long Toyota owner I was certain of one thing - I was buying a Toyota or nothing else. When I got there, the RAV4 was being cleaned (I arrived early), so I decided to test drive a Kia Niro for comparison sake. After a lengthy ride around Shrewsbury, I returned to the dealership and immediately told David, my sales representative, that I no longer wanted to drive the RAV4. I was hooked. I worked with David and Shaun to put a plan together for what I could afford. No matter what request I made it was honored. I was surprised at how easy the process was and how incredibly laid back the staff was. No pressure at all. They even took two of my old clunker Toyota’s off my hands at incredible trade value! Eventually I met with Chontell to finish up financing paperwork, and before I knew it I was driving away in my very own Kia Niro at 50+ MPG. I couldn’t be happier with my experience. More
