The vehicle had a blown radiator and no help from anyone to get it corrected. Ended up having to take it to another dealership to get it serviced. Before signing papers with Alex we stated we wanted the ac looked at. He took it back to his mechanics and the said nothing was wrong with it. We got the run around for three days and on Saturday I told him I would be coming up there to get it looked at for me to get told 'we don't do this service on the weekends, I asked for the GMs name and the sales guy-Alex wouldn’t relay it to me. ' It was 75 on Saturday so we went and payed out of pocket for refrigerant to get put in my vehicle three days after buying it. I will never buy a vehicle from Hyundai again. Thanks More
