Purchasing an automobile from O'Reilly was a very pleasant experience. My salesman, Dave Crawford was very accomodating and friendly. I went to Dave and described the vehicle I was looking for and received an e-m from him within days. It was exactly what I was looking for so once it arrived at the dealership I went and looked it over. W for and received an e-m from him within days. O'Reilly was recommended to us by a friend who used to work at Ferraro Cadillac - and we had never heard of O'Reilly before. We were greeted as long time friends and were very pleased with the overall se work at Ferraro Cadillac - and we had never heard of O'Reilly before. Even to the point of Dave taking care of our rental car return (since we had been in an accident on I 95 in VA). Our car title was taking forever to come from Harrisburgh and Dave was good enough to follow thru on making sure we got it, which we did eventually. More
