I was not impressed with my most recent service appointment at Boucher VW. The primary reason for this is that the issue with my car has not been resolved. Additionally, the communication from the appointment at Boucher VW. The primary reason for this is that the issue with my car has not been resolved. Additionally, the communication from the staff, or lack thereof, was frustrating. This was my second appointment to diagnose/repair a noise I continue to hear coming from my car. A month prior, a warranty repair was completed. Shortly after picking my car up, the noise returned to the same as before. I scheduled the appointment a couple weeks in advance and requested a loaner. They were nice enough to provide the loaner at no cost since it was in for the same issue a few weeks prior, which I appreciated. However, I was frustrated when I dropped off my car at 8:00 am for an 8:15 am appointment, and I had to wait about 45 minutes for the loaner car to be cleaned up. This wouldn't have been quite as irritating had someone acknowledged this or apologized for the inconvenience. I didn’t receive a call until about 3:00 pm that day, stating that they hadn't heard the sound and asked for some additional information. I didn't hear back the rest of the day. The next day around 9:30amI called to get an update. At that time, I was informed the car was done and nothing was wrong with it. An update would have been appreciated to know when to expect my vehicle to be done. But the most frustrating part is that the noise still has not been fixed. I purchased the car two years ago brand new from Boucher and it has less than 30k miles on it. The reason I purchased a new car is so that I didn’t have to deal with ongoing issues like this. I plan to have my service done at a different Volkswagen dealer in the future. More

I've been dealing with the VW Boucher group for almost 10 years now. First with Boucher VW in Racine and now with Boucher VW in Franklin. This is my third lease vehicle and Michael Tillman has been a big h years now. First with Boucher VW in Racine and now with Boucher VW in Franklin. This is my third lease vehicle and Michael Tillman has been a big help through every one of them. I come up with a myriad of questions and requirements and Michael handles everything in stride. Very personable, honest and sincere. The service department is just as wonderful and David Eichstaedt in service takes care of any issues that arise. The one thing that stands out to me the most, being a woman, is none of the men patronize or speak to me as if I'm helpless. They TRULY show respect towards women and that goes a long way with me. Boucher VW is a great place to get your vehicle from and build a relationship with. More

Great service. Got an appointment right away for a recall issue. Repaired right away and was washed before pick up. Starbucks coffee in wait area.
