There was confusion about when the vehicle would be available for purchase since it was in the courtesy system. This seemed to delay the purchase and that caused the financed percentage to go from 1. available for purchase since it was in the courtesy system. David Fitzgerald was knowledgeable, thorough and professional. This is a comment about GM/Cadillac. Our trade in was reduced because there was a current recall on our GMC Acadia. This had not been fixed because of GM parts availability. This reduced the trade in value by $3000 because Andrews Cadillac cannot sell the vehicle. This should not have cost the customer and there should be a refund by GM/Cadillac for their inability to fix the problem. More
