David Fitzgerald was knowledgeable, thorough and professional. This is a comment about GM/Cadillac. Our trade in was reduced because there was a current recall on our GMC Acadia. This had not been fixed because of GM parts availability. This reduced the trade in value by $3000 because Andrews Cadillac cannot sell the vehicle. This should not have cost the customer and there should be a refund by GM/Cadillac for their inability to fix the problem. More
