I am writing to express my deep concern regarding the way my wife was treated during her recent visit to your service center. She came in to discuss a crack she noticed on her car’s side mirror shortly after my wife was treated during her recent visit to your service center. She came in to discuss a crack she noticed on her car’s side mirror shortly after picking up the vehicle from an oil change appointment. Rather than being met with professionalism and courtesy, she was treated in a condescending and dismissive manner by both the service staff and the manager. Not only was her concern brushed aside, but the tone and behavior she experienced were blatantly disrespectful—and appeared to be rooted in gender bias. This kind of treatment is completely unacceptable. Every customer deserves to be treated with respect and dignity, regardless of their gender. We chose your dealership expecting not just quality service, but also professionalism and fairness. Unfortunately, that trust has been shaken. I hope you take this feedback seriously and ensure appropriate steps are taken to address this issue with your staff. No one should feel dismissed or disrespected when seeking service, and I trust you share that standard. More
