Never received any service after they had my car for 4 days. There was a very obvious banging sound in the back drivers side wheel that they somehow “could not hear” and had me come in to test drive my ca days. After waiting there for 30 minutes (during my finals week period) they told me that the guy who was supposed to test drive the car with me had somehow already gone on another test drive (even though he was not there 30 minutes before). I left with my car and no service done. Awful experience More

Just brought my 2022 SQ8 in for its 20k service this past week. As I've experienced in my past service visits for my car and my wife's, the team at Audi Brookline (in particular Aramayis) knocked the service week.
