Firstly, I will like to appreciate Adonis for the patience and time taken to show us the cars on Saturday. Then we met David Grant on Sunday. I have buyers remorse. I went in with a preapproval from i bank with a 7% interest rate and was signed with a bank with an 11% rate. Complete rip off. I was also barely given anything back for my Hyundai 2012 when the car wasn’t in terrible condition. After the finance dept gave me my car note I told him it was too high and he said there was nothing he could do about it. I later learned that had he went with the bank I first went with them my monthly car note would have been cheaper. I like my car but don’t feel good with the service received and wish I could return it. I will do deep investigation before I ever buy another car again. I feel betrayed. More
