Jorge Guzman and the whole sales team was absolutely amazing. They were very nice, accommodating, responsive and worked with me. They got me exactly what I wanted (had to order from another dealership-because I wanted white and they had just sold the last white one) THANK YOU WATSONVILLE FORD. The speeds will make your head spin! My order came in fast and financing was even faster. Truly the fastest I was in and out of a dealership. Very friendly. I live over an hour away so had to wait for backup camera to be installed as other one quit working. Didn’t have to wait very long and my truck - F I live over an hour away so had to wait for backup camera to be installed as other one quit working. Didn’t have to wait very long and my truck - F350 dully - was washed for me. This truck is unable to take through a car wash. All service people, especially Aldolfo made sure that my truck was ready as quickly as possible. I live in Morgan Hill - yes, Ford Store closer - but have had problems with them. More
