Buying experience was good everyone was nice. But the 4 month 5,000miles used warranty is not worth the paper its written on. (Days) ...not weeks after purchase i contacted Alexander Ford about issues the automobile is having. I've gotten (no) help from this place.just the salesman keeps saying call back and he'll check with the management ..and He'll call me back.and let me know what they say. Since i purchased from them i only asked for good will help with only one of the issues I found a little over 400.00 ive actually found other stuff that cost more but I handled that myself. Once they made the sale and took pictures and said if you need anything let us know they were done with me. Now after the fact it was all b.s so I can't in good faith recommend anyone else go through this. This has been [my] personal experience...Iam(.not)!!telling anyone else where to spend their money. THEY may have a overall positive experience..Another dealership is going out of their way to help me at and earn my future business. More

The truck that my wife and I drove 3 hours( we got lost at one point) to see was exactly as advertised; no surprises. I always want to pay less than I paid( for anything shoes, underwear, hats, trucks, etc) BUT I know I got a very fair deal. I know this because I shopped online Ford dealers within a 1000 mile drive from home. I will recommend this dealer to everyone. Wife and I are very pleased! More
