I arrived 15 mins early to be told service on vehicle will be after 1p. Tech was on lunch. At 1:20p vehicle was moved. At almost 1hr/15mins truck appeared and sat. I went out to service area and asked if will be after 1p. Tech was on lunch. At 1:20p vehicle was moved. At almost 1hr/15mins truck appeared and sat.
