They do ok work but dont take your vehicle in there if you have car shield. Car shield wont cover the work because 'el dorado doesnt use a nationally recognized rate log for labor costs' so the labor com you have car shield. I feel like everyone at the service center tries your best to help you. Only issue I had was the service provider told me to text him with any questions and then never responded. We live 4 hrs from your dealership. On the way home and truck started having major engine issues. We were close to you, so I called and talked to Jose. Explained we were from out of On the way home and truck started having major engine issues. We were close to you, so I called and talked to Jose. Explained we were from out of town and headed home. Jose worked an absolute miracle for us. Diagnosed the multiple issues with the engine, got us in and out within a matter of hours. Put two techs on the repairs. What would normally have taken days to schedule and fix he did in around 4 hrs and we were back on the road. And we got a great price on the work. Xmas came early and his name was Jose!! Thank you so much for the fantastic service!!! More
