The service writers at the dealership are very nice. I’m just finding that my wait times are becoming longer and longer. I generally schedule my appointment at noon with the expectation that I should be I’m just finding that my wait times are becoming longer and longer. I generally schedule my appointment at noon with the expectation that I should be done within an hour, hour and a half max. The last several times that I have been to the dealership it’s been 3 to 4 hours. This is getting ridiculous. I come in for routine maintenance such as oil change, fluid check, any recall service and tire rotation. If I have to continue to wait the three hours, I’m gonna stop coming. It’s not worth my time.
