Terrible experience with this dealership. My car was in five times in a few months, and the issue was never fixed. Communication was awful — the manager saw me after finishing a meeting and completely ignored me, even though the front desk had just spoken to him about my loaner. He was rude and dismissive every time. The director ignored all my emails, and even contacting corporate led nowhere. I didn’t get a loaner until two days later. Worst service I’ve ever had. Would not recommend. More

The rep had a Lack of communication and No follow up. I had to call, email, leave a voicemail AND use the online chat to finally get a response. Would not recommend to women since we are made to feel unimportant and invaluable here. More

Worst experience ever with a service department. Took truck in for service and warranty work on the paint. Service advisor contacted ceramic coating company and had someone inspect vehicle. The body Took truck in for service and warranty work on the paint. Service advisor contacted ceramic coating company and had someone inspect vehicle. The body shop submitted 2 estimates for the repair work. The warranty company then issued a two signer check to me and the dealership. The truck sat up at dealership for 3.5 weeks waiting on check to show up from warranty company on ceramic coating. I went ahead and pre paid the money to get the truck back for my son. Now the dealership won’t endorse the check so I can deposit the money because they say the amount on check is more than the cost to fix even though they were the ones who sent in the estimates directly to the company and the warranty company paid on the higher estimate. Jeff Gunter said they didn’t care if I kept the overage. Peter said that they could endorse the check as long as my bank would accept it. The service manager - Robert refused to endorse even though this it their problem to fix. He refuses to rectify the situation that his staff created. The director - David Kennedy is worthless as well. Now I’m out 1100 and sitting with a check that they are refusing to endorse to make me whole. The truck is fixed the dealership is paid but I can’t get my money back on an issue that is not my problem in the first place. I will be contacting an attorney and filing suit in the dealership and the parties mentioned above. This is total xxxxxxxx that they have caused but yet refuse to fix. They are incompetent. I’d give 0 stars if I could. More
