The service team this dealership is impeccable! Mr Asher our service advisor has kept our company trucks going for years. Always accommodating, and gets us back on the road as quickly as possible. Bad management and they don’t inspect the car So I have had really bad experience with glen freedom in November I bought 2011 ram sport 3 days after having it transmission line started leaking lik So I have had really bad experience with glen freedom in November I bought 2011 ram sport 3 days after having it transmission line started leaking like never got them to fix it.on July 4 I bought 2013 Dodge Durango payed 14457 cash!!! After I drove it home I notice it had a roar in front dougly sale manger did get me to rotors for front after that I went to put gas It and it will not start unless you turn key off back then it never fails to start after that I’ve called for over a week and I’ll I hear from everyone is you are Reliable for cost to get it fixed I personally told sale manager dougly I want this Vehicle check out I didn’t want same thing to happen as it did to the ram avoid this place at all cause they’ll take your money that’s for sure but they don’t ever check anything like they should before placing it on the lot for sale after spending this kind of money you would think they’d make it right I have spent my last dollar at this lot me and my husband (Joshua Smith) will never send anyone else to this lot I really hope the owners of this lot finds out how there Customers are really getting treated More

Be aware of hidden charges I'm from out of state. Made what I thought was a good out-the-door price on a new vehicle. Made the 4 1/2 hour trip (my choice), stood around for an I'm from out of state. Made what I thought was a good out-the-door price on a new vehicle. Made the 4 1/2 hour trip (my choice), stood around for an hour, finally got into the finance office. Financing earned me another $1000.00 rebate. I noticed the finance officer added another $40.00 to the out-the-door price. Explained as "that's something we charge everyone and it got you a lower interest rate". 4.89% - really! Signed the finance papers, another 1/2 hour I'm back on the road. When I received my payment book from Huntington Bank, I went on line to set up my account for payments. I noticed my principle balance was $199.00 more than I signed for. Contacted the bank, they said contact the dealership. Dealership acted like they didn't understand it and told me to make my first payment and it might correct itself. What? After numerous calls to the bank and dealership, the bank says the dealership got the $199.00, the dealership says the bank got it. Huntington Bank has now escalated this to the corporate level for an explanation. All I know is - there is an extra $199.00 floating around out there that no one is claiming. I know who paid it! $199.00 on a $20,000 - $30,000 - $40,000, most people probably wouldn't notice. I DID! Let's say they do this on 1000 vehicles - That's $200,000 no one knows what happened to. It's not so much about the money, just the fact that they somehow stuck another $199.00 onto a negotiated deal and no one can explain it to me. Still waiting to here from the bank. Bottom line is: the bank was able to add $199.00 to a signed finance contract. Next call is to Chrysler Credit to alert them of this practice. More

David was very helpful from the first phone call, until he personally delivered the vehicle to me ( I live an hour from the dealership). "Fully loaded" means "mostly loaded" at Glenn's After an almost flawless purchase of a new Wrangler this year, I returned to purchase a new Renegade. I was promised by David Kubilus via SMS while co After an almost flawless purchase of a new Wrangler this year, I returned to purchase a new Renegade. I was promised by David Kubilus via SMS while confirming the deal that the car would have "all available options except the trailer tow package. Fully loaded." Needless to say, the car arrived, no sticker or manifest on the car, papers were signed and I drove the car home. I noticed within hours that the salesman David had lied about the "all available options" and the car was missing the Beats audio stereo. I returned to the dealer the next day only to be told by William Sandoval that my only recourse was to "trade in" the car incurring a heavy loss of $2,000+ and buy another one. Even though none of the paperwork has even been submitted to the bank or the government for titling. Called the Lexington Police to get our trade-in back and the officer told us to call a lawyer. David, our sales representative was no help, and left us at the mercy of these ridiculously dirty swindlers. Shop at your own risk, I love Jeeps, hate this dealer. More
