He made the paperwork easy and was a huge help with getting past a pesky insurance issue caused by the holiday. Jared was super-friendly and congratulatory, and ensured the car had the latest OTA before I rolled out. And Justin gave a great walkthrough of all the car's features (and there are a ton). They're on their game in Plano, and I look forward to working with them again! More
