For the record, we were faithful Nissan customers and fans. In the past we owned two Nissan Maximas and one Sentra. We never had a problem with any Nissan dealer.
Let us make ourselves (Danuta Zarev, Dimitre Zarev) 100% clear: We do not in anyway dispute the MSRP! We took the sticker price and all extras as the face value of the vehicle and did not bargain. What we want is a refund of $1,777.00 as promised. This refund was granted to us by Mr. Josh Grant, general manager of 777 Nissan in writing by mail towards purchase with a trade in. See att #1. As explained all over the internet and confirmed by another local Nissan dealer, this incentive has nothing to do with MSRP. It is an, quote: “ADDITIONAL discount or bonus offered when trading in an old vehicle”! We traded our old vehicle, we did not get the discount, that simple.
We will consider updating or removing our review and will not go further when we receive the $1,777.00 trade in discount.

Dear Sir,
Thank you for the Love Card and the BONUS CASH of $1,777 towards purchase with a trade in.
On May 20, 2025 we gave the $1,777 coupon to your sales people, traded our 2018 Nissan Sentra and bought a new 2025 Nissan Sentra, VIN:3N1AB8CVXSY227812. At home reviewing the Vehicle Purchase Agreement we noticed that amount of $1,777 was not deducted from the price of the vehicle. Your sales people took intentionally advantage of senior citizens (68 and 77 years old) that are not that sharp anymore and could sign anything they were offered.
On May 26, 2025 we spoke with Mr. David Lee, Sales Manager. He try to explain that the trade in bonus cash is already included in 777 Nissan Discount. This is inaccurate, false. The trade in bonuses are “Additional discounts or bonuses offered when trading in an old vehicle”. Then we tried to speak with the Finance Manager Mr. Justice Odaby. He simply refused to talk to us. He said: “Have a good day” and left. Such an ignorant and rude person should not be allowed to work anywhere with people.
Dear Sir, In order not to go further, please refund us the amount of $1,777 as offered by you in your Love Card and $1,777 Bonus Cash towards purchase with a trade in. Will be deeply appreciated!
Without this intensive we definitely wouldn't by a vehicle.

I made the error of sy I hadn't bought a car in 20 years, and I fel they took advantage of my naivety. It's shmeful way to do business...I would NEVR buy a car from 777 Nissan again, EVER!
