On Wednesday, November 12th at approximately 11:15 AM, I visited 777 Nissan to inquire about a vehicle. I walked in without an appointment and had not spoken with any sales rep beforehand. Kobe approached me, introduced himself, and collected the necessary information before we test drove a 2016 Maserati Ghibli S. After the test drive, I asked for numbers. Kobe brought in his manager (David) and we negotiated the price down to $16,482 for the vehicle and an out the door price of $18,999.29. I immediately told them, “I want it. Let’s do it. I already have an approval with my credit union I just need to send them the vehicle purchase agreement.” My credit union is out of state, but they told me funding takes 24 - 48 hours, and they could overnight a check or send a wire. The moment I mentioned that, the pressure started. Instead of simply honoring my deal, they repeatedly pushed me to let them run my credit so they could finance me with one of their banks despite the fact that I already had a better approval with a great interest rate. I politely asked if they could put a sold sticker on the vehicle and move it to the back for 48 hours until the check arrived. They refused. I then offered to put $500–$1,000 down to hold the vehicle, and they could release the hold as soon as they received the check. They still said no. I told them my credit union would be sending everything Thursday and they should receive it Friday. Their response: “Okay, but we can’t guarantee the vehicle will still be here.” Fast forward 24 hours later it’s Thursday at 12:20 PM, I texted Kobe to let him know my credit union approved everything and would be giving me a tracking number within a couple hours. He responded and then 40 minutes later told me someone else was suddenly interested and wanted to buy the vehicle that same day. I found this extremely suspicious, so I checked their website. Since the moment I left the dealership, the vehicle had been discounted by about $1,000, and roughly $500 less than the price we agreed on meaning they intentionally marked it down to attract another buyer fast. This dealership claims to be a “low upfront cost store” that always gives the best price, yet the purchase agreement I have says $16,482, while their website suddenly shows $15,973. This is super shady behavior. ( someone is going to try to reply to this and say “ our internet price is always our best price”. Again I didn’t just drive by and see the vehicle I seen this car on their website and on CarGurus and the vehicle was not listed at $15,973 on Wednesday before I came in) This is coming from someone who’s been in the automotive industry, working at a luxury Infiniti dealership in Dallas Texas and later at Infiniti of Las Vegas. From experience as both a salesman and a consumer I can say confidently: I would not work with this dealership. Go to any other Nissan dealership in town this one operates in a dirty and deceptive way. screenshots are attached on Google review so potential customers can see exactly how this played out. More

Terrible experience! Rude condescending unprofessional employees, especially David. I will never buy another car from this dealership ever again. It’s like dealing with c Rude condescending unprofessional employees, especially David. I will never buy another car from this dealership ever again. It’s like dealing with children in high school. They are a complete joke, life is too short for the experience of being disrespected for purchasing a car. And I actually paid cash for the car, I made it simple and easy as possible for them to do the transaction and treat me right but instead they went out of their way to be not only unprofessional but condescending and obnoxious. And the general manager is a coward for not coming out to the showroom to deal with them. After buying car, I went looking for chademo chargers and couldn’t find one in working order. I called the dealership, talked to David, asked if they had a chademo there. David said “no”, I asked just inquisitively, “if you are going to sell a car to a consumer, shouldn’t you provide them with access to a fast charger?” He said “no” condescendingly. Then started telling me about how his wife uses these particular chargers, and every charger he mentioned was out of service when I checked them the night before. He told me his wife used it the day before, and I knew he was lying which pushed me to a point of frustration after our long conversation and I called him a F*#%head. Then he hung up on me and I didn’t call back. I got angry because the whole time he was being incredibly condescending and dismissive towards me after I spent $18,000 cash on a car a few days ago. A few days later I noticed the front clip of the car was loose and it needed some fasteners to tighten it up and it’s under warranty. Talked to David, he said “bring it in”. I walked in the door, David approaches me and confronts me about the conversation we had when I called him a f*%head, I tried to explain to him, the reason why was because he antagonized me and pushed me to a point of frustration, because he was lying and being condescending towards me. David handed me off to Angela after having a long conversation with her I could see through the glass partition. Then she started to treat me badly obviously because he told her that I called him a F*#%head on the phone. She gave the car to the mechanic, she had a long Conversation with him I could see through the glass partition and they kept looking over at me. He drives the car away for 45 minutes. I get the car back, they not only didn’t fix the front clip, now there’s scratches on the dash display screen (see pic) the hood latch cable is broken and on the hood latch cable there is now a tracking device (see pictures). That was not there before because I unlatched the hood that day before I brought it into the dealership to see why the front clip was loose. Now I bring it into 777Nissan, the mechanic has it for 45 minutes, Doesn’t fix the loose front clip. Now I can’t unlatch the hood because it’s broken. And there’s a tracking device on the hood latch cable that wasn’t there before that he zip tied, breaking the hood latch lever, and loosening the hood latch cable in the process of installing a tracking device on my car. (See picture). Also when I purchased the car, they promised they were going to register it for me at the DMV. I asked Angela about that and her manager told me that if it’s not in writing, they don’t have to do it. All because David pushed me to a point of frustration on the phone and I called him a name and he acted like a baby. He poisoned the water of everyone in that dealership resulting in them treating me badly after I purchased a car for $18,000 cash all because I called David a name on the phone out of frustration. Everyone is super nice from the moment we got out of our car. Their warm smiles greeting us eased our tensions and anxiety. They helped us with all specs including monthly payments. All options presented to us even tips on how we can improve our credits scores to prepare ourselves with bigger purchase in the future. David softly spoke as he explained all details to us. Blair is so nice telling us the car features and Willie is so detailed oriented explaining to us about finances. Over all I will recommend (I already had with my co worker) 777 Dealership to those who are looking to upgrade their car, buying new car, or what ever even just browsing.
