Process is Different The service I received wasn’t bad. The technician was pleasant. It was the process that I wasn’t particularly fond of. I use to just go to the service The service I received wasn’t bad. The technician was pleasant. It was the process that I wasn’t particularly fond of. I use to just go to the service desk when my car was ready. The customer service rep would look up who had my car, and call the technician to come over to me and explain the services I had. Twice now I’ve gone in, and was sent straight to the technician. Now I’m having to find my technician and if they happen to be with someone, I just stand there and stare at them until they hopefully notice me or bother another technician who will just interrupt my technician’s conversation to let them know I’m waiting. It’s awkward and not very efficient, in my opinion. More

50k checkup I had a Great experience with the Boch dealership. Dan was my rep and he took care of me from start to end. Hooked me up with a car for the day.
