After a frustrating experience at Greenway Kia North, we pulled into DeLand Kia pretty fired up — and with only about 30 minutes before closing. Honestly, we weren’t even sure we’d stay. Jayden was the reas pulled into DeLand Kia pretty fired up — and with only about 30 minutes before closing. Honestly, we weren’t even sure we’d stay. Jayden was the reason we decided to give DeLand Kia a shot in the first place, but we found out he was on vacation. Enter David Lopez… and everything changed. Because we had already visited every Kia dealership between Jacksonville and Orlando, we knew exactly what we wanted, exactly what we expected for our trade, and had supporting estimates from the other dealerships to back it up. No games, no guessing. David listened, respected our time, and got straight to work. Despite it being late, busy (everyone trying to buy before year-end), and us arriving frustrated, DeLand Kia worked the deal out that very night. They even coordinated delivery of our 2025 Kia Telluride EX X-Line, which arrived roughly 36 hours later. We went from a 2017 Suburban to the 2025 Telluride — a major upgrade — and the process felt smooth, respectful, and efficient. David was professional, patient, and focused on getting it done the right way. He was clearly juggling a lot, but we never felt brushed aside. And then there was finance. Coming directly from the condescending, disrespectful finance manager at Greenway Kia, walking into Alexandra Gomez’s office at DeLand Kia was night and day. She was transparent, kind, and genuinely helpful, explaining everything clearly and treating us like people — not obstacles. If I were you, I’d skip the other dealerships altogether and head straight to DeLand Kia. They earned our business the right way, and when the time comes… we’ll absolutely be back (eventually 😄). More
