These people are incompetent and unethical. They messed up my registration and title and they sold me my vehicle with the wrong size tires and refused to fix it. They really are xxxxxxxx. Horrible customer service after they sell you a car they don't care. Placed a ticket-corporate complaint on them and still did not acknowledge nor care. I bought my Leaf at BOCH South. David Pari had me come down for an appointment and didn’t even troubleshoot. When I emailed and texted him a video of the issue, he never responded. I called Nissan Cor down for an appointment and didn’t even troubleshoot. When I emailed and texted him a video of the issue, he never responded. I called Nissan Corportae Affairs and complained. Corporate told me to go to Dan O’Brien. They took my issue seriously and I believe they fixed the issue. I am very pleased with Dan O’Brien, and quite disappointed with BOCH South. More

The staff is friendly and helpful. They provide excellent services and go beyond what you may expect. They worked with my insurance company when I got all 4 of my tires stolen and I did not have to worry abo services and go beyond what you may expect. I travel about 30 mins specifically to go to them instead of another dealership closer to me. More
