Fantastic Buying Experience Have you ever asked for something at a store, expected good service, and then gotten little to no help and lots of runaround when all you want is to b Have you ever asked for something at a store, expected good service, and then gotten little to no help and lots of runaround when all you want is to buy that something? That is your typical auto dealer experience. However, that is NOT what I got with Novak Motors. I did my homework on the car I wanted, had pre-approved financing ready to go, then called to make sure that car was still available before I headed out. Imagine my surprise pulling into the lot to see that car already sitting out front, even more surprise when David met us at the door and then asked if I was ready for the test drive. No asking me to fill out paperwork or run a credit check first, just a copy of my license and then off we went. Then, not only was he excited to see my reaction to the car's performance, but even asked if I wanted to pop onto the freeway as part of the road test. Never have I had a dealer do this before! Once we got back, there was no time wasted in getting things done. We went straight to work filling things out, and David also asked permission to see if they could get a better interest rate than I had on my pre-approval. To my surprise, they were able to save me 0.5% on my loan! They also didn't try to hassle me with a bunch of upsells, and graciously accepted when I declined adding the extended factory warranty instead of being pushy about it. These people tripped none of my usual salesman red flags, and I must say that I am highly impressed with their no-nonsense, genuine approach. Could I have gotten my chosen make and model cheaper somewhere else? Honestly, yes, but likely not with the peace of mind that their excellent customer service and "Drive Forever" powertrain warranty gave me. All in all, I feel that the amount I paid was worth every penny, and nobody who has seen the car and heard my tale has disagreed in the least. From the time we first pulled up until I drove my new-to-me Subaru WRX off the lot probably took less than an hour in total. That is 2 hours quicker than my previous best buying experience with a known used auto-mall type dealer, and infinitely better than ANY experience I have ever had with ANY large brand-name car dealership. No haggling, no hassle, no back-and-forth games, just sell the customer what they want and send them down the road with a smile, and that's what Novak Motors did. We will be back when it's time for my wife to pick out her new ride, and I WILL be recommending this company to my friends and co-workers! More
