My RDX experienced a problem that required a scan. Unfortunately, the day I took it in Acura experienced a problem with their software and the work could not be completed. James Burton in the service department kept me updated on the repair and even stayed after his normal hours on the day the work was completed to make sure I was satisfied and understood what had been done.
