I am happy with the vehicle I purchased but the sales transaction was deceptive. They definitely over-promised and under-performed so I would finance the sale and they could make more money. Ended up pay transaction was deceptive. They definitely over-promised and under-performed so I would finance the sale and they could make more money. Ended up paying extra unnecessary fees and interest. Also complete lack of communication and professionalism. I had to continually check in on the status of my paperwork and even dropped by 5 weeks after the sale. Disappointed and feel like I was taken advantage of. More
