Deceiving Negotiation Went into check out a car I was super interested in. Kelly let us know the car was currently being serviced kept us updated on the vehicle. Great, we came back the next week to find the price had gone up by $1000. Kelly was out so we had talked to Claudia and David(the finance guy) had jumped in to finish up the deal with us. We somehow ended up negotiating with David...he is not a salesman. David had got ahead of himself and negotiated a price we both agreed on. The owner of the dealership come out just to tell us that if we want to negotiate that price we needed to buy a warranty. I wanted to agree on a price for the vehicle. NOT have a warranty be negotiated in to determine the price of a vehicle. Claudia was trying to help us feel comfortable with this deal, and figure out what everyone had talked about. If you want to buy a car here just know they'll find a way to bump up the price. If you want to enjoy your car shopping experience I would reccomend going anywhere else just so you don't have to deal with the bull that the owner pulls. If you bother going here 10/10 would reccomend Kelly and Claudia. More

Go Somewhere Else Bought a car there, day later the electrical locking system stopped working. I bought a warranty for the car so I figured let me call the dealership. They told me my warranty didn’t cover it and that they would “discount” all repair costs. Except there prices are over priced as is. They should fix it for free. Already have to pay out of pocket for repairs because this dealership lies and sells cars that have issues. More

UPDATE (to my review submitted on 11/16/2018): UPDATE: I finally got a call back - spoke with David Seulean (who was our finance manager at Drive N-Motion). Since he seemed willing to listen as UPDATE: I finally got a call back - spoke with David Seulean (who was our finance manager at Drive N-Motion). Since he seemed willing to listen as to how they could help, I proposed Drive N-Motion help us cover the insurance we are paying on our UNUSED truck as well as help us with any unforeseen frame-related rebuild expenses that Toyota's extended warranty won't cover. This seemed like a fair deal to me. As Colorado State Law mandates, we are required to pay insurance on a financed vehicle (which ours is) regardless if it is being used or not. The straight forward answer I got from David is that "Drive N-Motion never has and never will pay for someone’s insurance". He continued to tell me that they are not shady and he stands behind his mechanics 100%. This comment that he stands behind his mechanics 100% really rubbed me the wrong way as Toyota was able to spot the frame defect almost immediately. I will give David the benefit of the doubt that he honestly trusts and stands behind his mechanics. I believe that he thinks they do good work. However, I found it extremely troubling that he wasn't even able to entertain the possibility that his mechanics overlooked the frame issue before okaying it for sale on the lot. Humans make mistakes...we are human...but David wouldn't have any of it. Bottom line, David heavy-handedly shrugged off all my suggestions for settling this matter and provided no thoughts or suggestions of his own as to how the dealership could make this right. The call was clearly not about making this right. It was for him to grandstand that his mechanics are the best, that they do not mistakes, and to pat me on the head and wish me well with my defective truck. Trust me, I am not a scorned woman. I am simply and rationally coming at this with facts and data hoping that Drive N-Motion will step up and take responsibility for their mistakes, just like Toyota has with respect to the frame issue. The bottom line here is that this dealership has no moral high ground as I see it. They are untrustworthy. If anybody has any doubts or questions about buying from Drive N-Motion, feel free to direct message me and I will provide you with more details about my experience. If one good thing comes out of this, it is preventing another Colorado resident from getting burned by Drive N-Motion. There are a lot of Used-Car Dealerships out there. Eddie and Dave worked in tandem to make sure that everything was perfect for me, and the owner Brian came and shook my hand and thanked me for doing business. I was actually referred to drive n motion by Brian while I was cutting his hair (I'm a hairstylist) and I am so so so happy that I followed his advice! They are all around just amazing, honest, hard-working people! Thank you guys so much!!! More

I also didn't have much of a credit score built up yet, so I had taken out a loan with my credit union with an 8% interest rate. David found a credit union who beat that interest rate by 3%! I honestly cannot thank them enough for being very understanding and supportive with helping me find the right car.
