Great customer service! Everyone at Drive N motion were so awesome. I found a car I liked through cars.com and went to look at it. Upon arrival, Josiah greeted me and was very helpful. I told him I wanted to see what else they had in my budget and he showed me a couple other cars they had. I didn't want to jump into anything right then and there and would like to check out some other dealerships. I went to one major dealer and was instantly pressured to buy. It made me sick to my stomach. I went back to drive n motion where they loaned me the car I was most interested in to take to my dad so he could check it out since he couldn't get out of work. He found some small problems that I let then know about. They fixed those issues no questions asked. Brian was awesome in making sure it happened first thing Monday morning. And Monday night I drove off the lot with a beautiful Saturn Aura. Thank you, David, Josiah and Brian! Love my new aura. More

The staff is HONEST, knowledgable and interested in your best interests as the customer.They put no undue pressure on their cutometers, and they do not try to put you in the most expensive car but rather one that actually fits your budget, and you are still happy with. In the past it's been just the opposite they want to sell me the most expensive thing whether I could really afford it or not just to increase their own bottom line. If you are in the market for different car this is the place to go. More

My nightmare My experience was the worst ever. I drive up in there with the thought that I could not get a car here. You told me everything I dreamed of hearing . My experience was the worst ever. I drive up in there with the thought that I could not get a car here. You told me everything I dreamed of hearing . three days into a vehical the check engine light comes on. I explained I can't be without a vehical . Never offered my a loaner until you fixed the wrong.Never returned the Banks calls to finalize the deal. When bank refused do to not finance do to not fixing the issue. You told me to bring your vehical back . When asked for my vehical that I used for trade in . You have my my vehical messed up and no title. No money back. Really I never been so messed over. Loss of wages had to take time off to get screwed over. No referals from me. The news station is going to love this story. More
