Needed the right car quickly at a good price - found it here While I have purchased several (not a lot) of vehicles, this was the first time I started shopping for a car online. I knew the car I was after - the Toyota Avalon XLS - so found a wide variety of them both at dealerships (small and large) and through private parties. After a couple of false leads and a couple of scam encounters, I found what I was looking for with Drive N-Motion. This is a small, unassuming used car dealer on Denver's west side. When I say small, I mean I talked to literally everyone who works there. Some only on the phone, but mostly in person. This was a wonderful contrast to the big dealers I've known in the past where you wondered if you could have gotten a better price from the salesman in the next cubicle. There was no back room chatter while I waited. When I made my offer, David showed me what they had invested in the car, and what their margin was. Still, he presented it to the owner, Brian, who came and finalized the deal with me in a fair and friendly way, It took me a week to arrange for financing, and when I had that in place I dealt with Yubia and her stack of paperwork. She explained all the documents I was signing and initialing efficiently, and when I had a question on some of the contract details Josiah was able to explain them. It all went much more quickly than I'd expected, and I was pleased to have time to take the car and enjoy my afternoon drive. Drive N-Motion is growing, opening up a shop in Thornton, and I think they will do well if they continue to offer the friendly, up front approach I experienced. More

Never have I would have thought I'd be in anything this new but they have great selection and did great finding me a car within my budget. So friendly and professional. Then the sales manager showed us interest he was great doing business with. We did test drives on a few car. Thought we got a great deal until we drove off the lot. The car stereo stop working. I called the dealer they said they would look at it. Yeah they did it worked until we got to the store. Once again it didn't turn on. Called the dealer the sales guy said I'll call you sometime next week. Then we get home and the car is smoking. So on Monday I call the dealership they have me take it in. Well they claim they fixed it along with the stereo. Here I am again with a car that leaks oil to the exhaust and no stereo. More
